The School Sustainability pilot workshop was presented at the ISASA offices on 14 and 15 March. Over 40 delegates from 7 ISASA member schools attended the workshop.

The workshop was facilitated by Sarah Daignault, immediate past Director of the National Business Officers Association in the United States and assisted by members of the ISASA Sustainability Task Team.

Initial feedback on the event was positive, and many important questions were raised that will help ISASA to tailor content to the South African environment. Delegates have also been asked to complete an online evaluation of the workshop to help the Task Team assess participant interest in this type of programme and to determine if changes should be make in the structure of the event.

Once the workshop has been revised based on evaluation returns, ISASA will begin to plan rollout of the programme to the various regions.
